ADAPTIVE PHYSICAL CULTURE AS A COMPONENT PART OF COMPREHENSIVE REHABILITATION OF PERSONS WITH LIMITED HEALTH OPPORTUNITIES

The article discusses the place of adaptive physical culture in the system of complex rehabilitation of people with disabilities, as well as the essence of using the means of adaptive physical culture in a fundamentally new understanding of its meaning as a social phenomenon. The paper describes the basic principles and types of adaptive physical culture. The main component of the entire structure of the rehabilitation of people with disabilities and persons with disabilities is adaptive physical education. It is present in every sphere of human life and for this reason serves as the foundation for recovery, forms the basis of social and labor, social and social and cultural rehabilitation. The motor mobility of a person with disabilities is an important criterion for characterizing the rehabilitation process.
