The current situation in higher education in the sphere of physical education requires practice precisely those forms of sports and recreation activities needed by the body and receives the necessary dose load. In this case, the main idea is to shift focus from physical training on formation of a healthy way of life, culture, health, healthy habits, feelings and motivation of a person to preserve and strengthen their health.
